Really nervous, could it be a chemical pregnancy?!?

False positives are rare, false negatives are not. I'm a chronic re-tester myself. lol I normally take 4 tests to convince myself I'm actually pregnant. :0) I don't like the term chemical pregnancy because in all actuality you are pregnant but miscarry early. If it is a "chemical pregnancy" you will start to get your period. I would consider you pregnant, but I personally would retest, because that's how I am. But in the mean time start acting pregnant, ie: eat healthy, no cigarettes or alcohol and take your vitamins.
