Early spotting or implantation bleeding (a week early)? Could I be pregnant?

I will tell you though, that I had been on the pill for 7 yrs. and missed two pills and became pregnant with twins, so missing pills does indeed result in pregnancy sometimes. The bleeding that you described sounds much like implantation bleeding however implantation bleeding should only last a few hours and should be only a small amount of blood seen on toilet paper ( not usually staining underwear) ...wait until your period is due and if late, take a test.
