Yeast infection, BV, or something else?

Ive had a range of different symptoms over the years. Ive had itching of the labia which led to swelling along with burning and painful urination. The dr. said i had a uti, i was 16. Ive had plenty more utis since then, and ever since i was born. Been tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea, came up negative. Ive had a thick white creamlike, not like 'cottage cheese', discharge, sometimes accompanied with itching and strong odor. Burning with urination on and off. Painful intercourse at times, felt as if my bf was going too deep. And sometimes when i have intercourse a thick white discharge will be on my bfs penis. He shows no symptoms of anything. What does this sound like? Pleaseee help.
