What causes frewuent urination and painful swollen breasts?

I am on the depo shot so I doubt Im pregnant and I dont have a period. Even when I did have one my breasts were unaffected. I have been really tired too and drinking energy drinks to keep up. What else can cause these smptoms. (The exhaustion is caused bby the 2 kids I already have, hopefully not by a new one)
