One of ma fren is pregnant and I wanna make a surprise cake for her but I wanna create a fondant figurine?

guys I need help with flavour kind of layers with fruits and nuts and I want to make pregnant lady out of fondant.........pls help how to make fondant @home and how to build a nice shape.....pls don't suggest utube as I need help from professional bakers.....thnks
