Plz read and answer pregnant or pms?

Ok so i have regular- ish periods every month from 26-30days im suffering from pcos so i dont ovulate regulary but dont know if i did or didnt last month..... so for the last 4 days ive been having cramps, bloating(nausea when bloated) frequent urination, weird lower stomach feelings, mood swings, really tender nipples.. but yesterday i took two preg tests they were both neg with evap lines on both. Problem is i dont have these symptoms when my period is coming so wat do i do now??? And do u think i could still be pregnant??? Thanx in advance
