Swollen penis, painful urination white discharge, AND PAIN!!?

Hi I went to the doctors 4 days ago after having unprotected oral sex, and I presented with white milky discharge from the urethra, swollen head and shaft, and sensitive skin over urethra and lots of pain in the shaft and head of my penis during urination. I took the STD test, but results take at least 7 days, and he gave me Vagyl, which is doing nothing, what can I do to ease to constant pain I am in? He will not return my calls... I even went in and he wouldn't answer a 10 second question I had...
