Is there a link between frequent urination and constant nosebleeds?

I know it probably sounds dumb to think that there's a connection, but since I was like 4 (I'm 15 now), I've had nosebleeds several times a week. I need to go to the toilet straight after I drink, it's like it passes right through me! These things are not normal, could there be a connection or what is it? Any ideas as to what this is?
