When should I take my hpt?

So I was on antibiotics when I started my new bc and had unprotected sex. 10 days later I took an equate test, and it was a faint positive. The next day I took 2 first response, negative. On my fmp (first morning piss) I took clearblue. Negative. This was about 3 days before my period. But my period was 2 days late, came in very light then gradually grew heavier. How long should I wait to take another test?? I have been crampy, bloating, moody, dizzy/nauseas, lower back pains, frequent urination, hot flashes (feverish) and kind of gassy. I have been like this since a week after I had unprotected sex.
