Urination during orgasm (embarrassing and probably TMI)?

I was giving my husband oral and he had an orgasm, but about a second after while I still had him in my mouth, he urinated. It was pretty disgusting and has turned me off to the idea of giving oral. It was the only time in more than five years that this has happened. I thought men weren't supposed to be able to do both at the same time? What gives?
