Questions about first prenatal appointment?

My first is today. Im only 19 and have never been to an obgyn due to never being referred and being too scared. What can i expect to happen? Im 8 weeks pregnant, will they be able to hear a heartbeat? And im very worried about stds. Ive been urine tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea a few years ago and they both came up negative, just a uti. Since then ive been with the same person. Does that mean forsure i dont have those stds? Im very worried bc ive had burning with urination for a very long time, and sometimes a thick white discharge. Never been green or yellow though. Ive been getting recurrent utis since i was born. what do you guys think? Please help! Thanks!
