I have really bad abdominal pains for about a month now.?

i was drinking redbull for about 3 or 4 months. during the final month of drinking them, i drank about 1, 20 oz can, and 2, 8 oz cans per day. what could be wrong with my abdominal area?. i also havent been passing stool much but urination is normal. also, i get dizzy like a small lsd trip when that pain occurs. low fevers and back pain in the middle of the spine to the right side.
