Culd i be prego or is it something else?

I have frequent urination(i cant even hold it) it doesnt burn or hurt when I urinate, I have stomach pains and different mood swings then ever before. No cravings and no wait gain (i get checked every month when I go to my doctors) im a bigger female so idk if tht has anything to do with it. Could I be pregnant? Or something else??
